Nearly half of middle and frontline managers and supervisors rate their leadership skills as average or below average, according to “disturbing” findings from Leadership Management Australia.<\/p>\n
Analysis of more than 3,000 responses to LMA’s online DIY competency test<\/a> found executives had the highest average competency rating (3.7 out of 5), followed by middle managers (3.6), employees (3.6) and frontline managers and supervisors (3.4).<\/p>\n
