What is the FBOL app?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The FBOL app is a cut down version of Feedback Online for iOS (Apple) and Android mobile devices.\u00a0 The first release of the application is participant focused, and access to features of the application require an active enrolment in Feedback Online.\u00a0 It features the following functionality from the web site:<\/p>\n

• For each course that a participant is enrolled in:
  \no\u00a0\u00a0 Manage Win-Win Agreements, including viewing, adding and updating a participant\u2019s Win\/Win Agreement goals
  \no\u00a0\u00a0 View and add comments to a participant\u2019s comments stream
  \no\u00a0\u00a0 Stream or download and listen to course audio for those courses that currently provide CDs and\/or USBs<\/li>\n
• Manage Personal Goals<\/li>\n
• Receive notifications of new comments, goals nearing or passed target dates, and action steps nearing or passed target dates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Why an FBOL app?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  Reasons why the FBOL application has been developed:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Allow participants to easily listen to the course audio from their mobile device, without requiring them to rip CDs or copy files around from USB to PC and then onto their phone or tablet<\/li>\n
  • Allow participants to easily view and manage their goals, particularly while in a workshop environment \u2013 the FBOL web site isn\u2019t well suited to mobile devices<\/li>\n
  • To provide innovation and continuous improvement in the area of technology for the LMA brand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How to install and use the FBOL app<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The FBOL app will be available for download through both Apple\u2019s App Store for iOS devices and Google\u2019s Play Store for Android devices.\u00a0 Direct download links can be found on the Feedback Online website:<\/p>\n

    Once downloaded and installed, participants can log in using their FBOL User ID and password \u2013 please note that your password<\/strong> is<\/strong> case sensitive<\/strong> (this may be different to the website, but in order to securely protect user login credentials, this is required).\u00a0 At the time of login, users can elect to have the application remember their User ID and Password; this can be turned off in the app\u2019s Settings area by deselecting the \u201cRemember My Details\u201d setting.<\/p>\n

    Other app settings available are (all OFF by default):<\/p>\n

    • Download Audio \u2013 audio files will be downloaded into private storage of the application for playback.\u00a0 Audio files for a module are only downloaded when a user selects a specific module for playback.<\/li>\n
    • Remember Last Track Played \u2013 remember the last track played for each course\/module.\u00a0 This track will be highlighted (and possibly auto-played, see below) when the user returns to that module for playback.<\/li>\n
    • Auto Start Playback \u2013 automatically start playback of the first (or remembered) track when a user selects a module for playback.<\/li>\n
    • Notifications \u2013 receive app notifications for these specific events occurring:

      \no\u00a0\u00a0 Goal passed target date
      \no\u00a0\u00a0 Action step nearing target date
      \no\u00a0\u00a0 Action step passed target date
