The course was very beneficial to me in both cementing principles and practices I was already aware of as well as providing me with new philosophies and tools to improve both my leadership and management skills. The content was extremely relevant to my role and I have adopted a number of the ideas from the course in my day to day work. This has led to more effective use of my time, reduced stress and better relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisational structure. I have achieved personal and professional growth through completion of the course which has already led to notable improvements in both areas of my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed the workshops as Stuart made the process practical and adapted the pace of the workshop to suit the needs of the participants attending. I really enjoyed learning about the ADAPT model and will use this moving forward. The course was also a great refresher for some key learning’s from previous courses, which was great for me especially moving back into an operational role from a functional support role.
