Enjoyed the mid course presentations, very entertaining. Win-win & focus goals helped to stay focussed on achieving goals. Lots of self reflection was great to identify areas for improvement. Meeting fortnightly was a great time frame to get assignments done in & implement tools & ideas in the workplace.
