Listening to other course members issues and problems in their workforce. |Identifying my HPA’s|Trying to build my week around my wins for the week|Being more positive||I was spending to much time on non HPA’s|I wasn’t focusing enough time on my team members goals or understanding them.|I did not have the confidence to make the move to sales as I was worried too much on leaving my team behind.||Everyday Im still learning to understand how to motivate my team as I get to know them more|I worked well with job distribution as the team is now being cross trained |I trained the new team members in their current roles which is showing good results|Im now actively taking time during the week to work on sales and gaining knowledge and feedback from the sales department.
